M.PHARM. – Pharmaceutics (2 Year Program)
The Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm.) in Pharmaceutics is a two-year postgraduate programme designed to provide advanced knowledge in drug formulation, drug delivery systems, pharmaceutical technology, and manufacturing processes. The programme focuses on the development, evaluation, and optimization of pharmaceutical dosage forms, along with biopharmaceutics, pharmacokinetics, industrial pharmacy, and regulatory affairs, enabling students to gain expertise in modern drug development.
Through a blend of theoretical learning, laboratory-based practical training, and research, students develop strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The programme prepares graduates for rewarding careers in pharmaceutical manufacturing, research and development, formulation development, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and academia.
Eligibility:
The candidate must have passed Bachelor in Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) from a Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)-approved institution recognized by the respective statutory authorities.
Applicants should have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination (aggregate of four years of B.Pharm.)
Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) passed candidates are given preference over other candidates.
